How To Cook Healthy honey cake
A delicious, slim honey cake made in the well-known Marlenka style but with healthier ingredients If you love almonds and honey, there is nothing better than this straightforward recipe for a nutritious honey cake without flour.
This cake is also loaded with protein and honey-sweetened, so you can eat it without second-guessing yourself.
This healthful honey-nut cake can be prepared in an hour, and you can only pray that you do not consume it in the same amount of time. It's very incredible.
Only healthy and nutrient-dense oats, walnuts that are rich in beneficial fats and minerals, honey, eggs, milk (you can use cow's milk or plant-based milk of your choice), and cinnamon for the ideal flavor and aroma make up the dough.

Ingredients for Healthy Honey Cake
Dough:
- 2 and 1/2 cups of oats
- 1/2 cup of walnuts
- 2-3 tbsp of honey
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml of milk
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
Filling:
- 400 g of soft quark
- 3 tbsp of honey/stevia
Streusel:
- 30 g of walnuts
- baked dough (a little)
Recipe for Healthy Honey Cake
1. Blend or grind oats together with walnuts into fine flour.
2. Combine all the remaining ingredients for the dough with the resulting flour.
3. Line the mold (measuring approximately 25 x 25 cm) with baking paper and pour a third of the dough into it.
4. Bake the dough for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
5. Repeat this process with the remaining two-thirds of the dough.
6. Let the baked dough cool down and then cut each square in half to get a higher cake. This step is optional.
7. Set aside a little bit of the baked dough for the streusel on top.
8. Prepare the cream simply by mixing quark and honey (or stevia) together.
9. Layer the cooled parts of the dough alternately with quark cream.
10. Brush the top with the last layer of cream and sprinkle it with finely chopped nuts and crumbled dough.
11. Let the cake set in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
