- 10-12 medium tomatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 box of mushrooms (400gr)

- 4 tablespoons of olive oil

For the sauce:
- water (1/2 cup)
- 2-3 peeled tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- garlic powder (or finely chopped garlic).

1. I prepared half of the composition, for 6 tomatoes. Cut the tomato in the part where it was tailed, remove the core with the seeds, salt it and place it face down to drain.

4. It is important that the final composition is a little juicy. Fill the tomatoes, place them in a saucepan and pour over the sauce made from water, oil, salt, skinned and finely chopped tomatoes, garlic powder, kept on fire for a maximum of 10 minutes.  5. Sprinkle a little grated cheese. 
6. Place in the oven for 15 minutes on low heat. If we want, we serve them with a little chopped parsley on top.  7.They are served warm, but they are also good cold.
If we don't put grated cheese on top, it becomes a fast food.
